Editions
Community
The PlumeSQL you download is PlumeSQL Community. It is free, needs no account and no sign-in, and has no trial clock: the About PlumeSQL page says which edition it is. Everything in this guide is in Community, the extensions and the Marketplace included.
The one sign-in the app has is GitHub, and it is optional: it lets you react to and comment on extensions and releases. You sign in on github.com, PlumeSQL never sees your password, and the token is kept in the encrypted vault.
Coming soon
Editions for developers and teams are on the way. Until they are ready, Community is the PlumeSQL there is. News comes in Announcements.
